How do I book a tour package?

Are Flights included in the package?

Yes. Return flights are included in all our standard tour packages unless clearly stated otherwise.

Are your packages suitable for family travel?

Absolutely. Most of our Bali vacation packages are family-friendly and designed to accommodate couples, families with children, and groups of all sizes.

What payment methods do you accept?

To secure your booking, we require an initial deposit of 25% of the total package cost. The remaining balance must be paid no later than three (3) weeks before your departure date. Payment can be made via bank transfer or any other payment method communicated by our team.

Is travel insurance included?

What should I do if I don’t receive my booking voucher?

If you have not received your booking voucher within the expected timeframe, kindly contact us via WhatsApp, phone call, or email, and our team will assist you promptly.

Do you provide visa assistance?

Yes. We provide professional visa assistance for eligible destinations, including guidance on documentation and application requirements. Visa approval remains at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes. Cancellations made at least three (3) weeks before departure may be considered according to our cancellation policy. A 20% administrative fee applies to rescheduled bookings, while cancellations made within three weeks of departure are generally non-refundable.

Will I receive confirmation after booking?

Yes. Once your booking and required payment have been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation along with a detailed itinerary, payment receipt, and all relevant travel information.
