CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

At BlueSeaSports Travel & Tours, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Our cancellation, refund and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair to our clients while protecting bookings, supplier commitments and services secured on their behalf.

Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Of Bookings

* All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the selected package and the applicable terms of our travel partners.

* Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been made, cancellation charges may apply.

* Bookings made within three (3) weeks of the scheduled travel date are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

* Where cancellation is permitted, any refund will be subject to deductions for non-refundable airline tickets, hotel bookings, visa fees, supplier charges, administrative fees and any other costs already incurred on behalf of the client.

Rescheduling Of Travel

Clients who are unable to travel on their original date may request to reschedule their trip, subject to availability and the terms of the relevant airline, hotel and service providers.

* An approved rescheduling request will attract a 20% rescheduling fee, in addition to any fare difference, hotel charges, supplier penalties or other applicable costs.

* Rescheduling is permitted within a maximum period of 60 days from the original scheduled travel date, unless a different period is expressly stated on the client’s booking confirmation.

* The rescheduled trip must be completed within the approved rescheduling period.

* Once the 60 day rescheduling period has elapsed, the booking will expire and will no longer be eligible for rescheduling. Any remaining balance or deposit will then be subject to the applicable cancellation and refund terms.

* Rescheduling does not constitute an open-ended postponement and does not permit indefinite changes to a booking.

* All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant service providers.

* Requests made within three (3) weeks of the original departure date may not be accepted.

Visa Fees and Application Costs

Visa application fees, appointment fees, document processing fees and other visa-related charges are non-refundable, regardless of whether a visa is approved, refused, delayed or withdrawn.

Flight Tickets

Flight bookings are subject to the cancellation, amendment and refund conditions of the respective airline.

Where a ticket is non-refundable, the airfare will not be refundable by BlueSeaSports Travel & Tours. Any eligible refund or credit will be processed according to the airline’s applicable fare rules.

Hotel and Tour Services

Accommodation, excursions, transfers and other travel services are subject to the cancellation and amendment policies of the respective service providers.

Where a supplier imposes a cancellation or amendment penalty, the applicable amount will be deducted from any refund or credited amount due to the client.

Client Initiated Changes

Any additional costs resulting from changes requested by the client ,including changes to flights, accommodation, room type, passenger details, travel dates or itinerary will be borne by the client.

Non Refundable Payments

Certain payments may be specifically designated as non-refundable at the time of booking. Clients will be informed of such conditions before their booking is confirmed.

Travel Interruptions and Unforseen Circumstances

BlueSeaSports Travel & Tours will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including airline cancellations or delays, government restrictions, visa delays or refusals, natural disasters, strikes, political disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Where possible, we will assist clients in exploring alternative arrangements with the relevant service providers.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed after the relevant airline, hotel, tour operator or other supplier has released the applicable refundable funds to BlueSeaSports Travel & Tours.

The timeframe for processing refunds may therefore vary depending on the service provider.

Accepting Of Terms

By making a booking or payment with BlueSeaSports Travel & Tours, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the applicable cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms.

 

Specific packages may have additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated to the client before booking.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Our Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling Policy  is subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of booking and any applicable terms imposed by airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa authorities and other service providers.

BlueSeaSports Travel & Tours reserves the right to update these terms where necessary, provided that the applicable terms are communicated to the client before booking.
