Yes. We offer customized itineraries for private trips. However, if you are joining one of our scheduled group tours, the itinerary is fixed and cannot be altered for individual travelers.
To secure your booking, we require an initial deposit of 25% of the total package cost. The remaining balance must be paid no later than three (3) weeks before your departure date. Payment can be made via bank transfer or any other payment method communicated by our team.
Yes. Once your booking and required payment have been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation along with a detailed itinerary, payment receipt, and all relevant travel information.
Yes. Return flights are included in all our standard tour packages unless clearly stated otherwise.
Yes. Cancellations made at least three (3) weeks before departure may be considered according to our cancellation policy. A 20% administrative fee applies to rescheduled bookings, while cancellations made within three weeks of departure are generally non-refundable.
Travel insurance is not included in every package. Whenever it is included, it will be clearly indicated in the package details before booking.
Yes. We provide professional visa assistance for eligible destinations, including guidance on documentation and application requirements. Visa approval remains at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
